Pass on your views: eating disorders

Our Healthwatch colleagues in Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset have launched a survey which asks for people’s views on eating disorders and disordered eating, and if enough support is available in the region. 

This survey can be completed by anyone who would like to share their views or experiences. It is open to any individual, this includes students, parent/carers and professionals.

All data is anonymous and will be held in a secure database for the project. You have the right to withdraw from completing the survey at any time.
