• These placements are offered by BSWTrainees and come with certain benefits. All trainees, regardless of their placement type or sector, receive equal pay and are supported by a universal HR team.

Description: Experienced team support who regularly train Pharmacy Students, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.  Training in flu vaccinations & blood pressure monitoring. Local GP experience offered. @BSWTrainees network for GPhC prep. Half-day study weekly.

Description: Community pharmacy located in Bath city centre. Work with independent prescribers on clinical services such as vaccinations and INR clinics. Occasional work at a smaller village pharmacy provides a varied experience. Gain insights into pharmacy business operations. Opportunities for placements in hospital, GP practices, and ICB.

Description: 3 months at the University of Bath and 9 months at Preddy Newco Pharmacy.  Develop patient consultation skills while delivering clinical services including vaccinations, stop smoking clinics and drug and alcohol services.  Engage in research or educational support for MPharm students at the University. Receive half-day study time weekly and additional placements, including at a nearby GP practice.

Description: Spend 3 months at the University of Bath and 9 months at Combe Down Pharmacy.
