Guidance for Professionals
This guidance is designed for primary care healthcare professionals who may be involved in arranging and completing Annual Health Checks in BSW.
For professionals who work across health, social care or education and have contact with individuals with a learning disability the ICB has communication materials that can be shared to make every contact count.
