BSW Wellbeing Matters service closes

As of Friday 5th May 2023, it is with regret that the BSW Wellbeing Matters service which provides wellbeing support for health and care staff in B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire will close.

However, wellbeing resources including recorded webinars and self-help leaflets will continue to be made available via the BSW Wellbeing Matters website until further notice.

If you need immediate mental health and wellbeing support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or in life-threatening emergencies dial 999. Additionally, you can find a list of national helplines here.

If you’re someone who has used the service and you’d like to discuss the care you’ve received, please contact the AWP Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).

If you are an NHS practitioner, you might find the NHS Practitioner Health website a useful place to find wellbeing support in your area. Alternatively, if you work in social care, you might find SkillsforCare a useful source of information.

You can also access wellbeing resources via your organisation’s intranet, or speak to your line manager or Occupational Health team who can discuss support options with you.

If you would like to access mental health and wellbeing support, you can continue to access a range of services through the AWP Talking Therapies teams.
