BSW Academy to deliver benefits to everyone working in health and care across BSW

In the last issue of #BSWTogether Kevin McNamara, Chief Executive of Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust told us about the BSW Academy and how it will help to unite and develop the BSW Partnership’s entire c. 34, 000 strong workforce by investing in leadership, learning, inclusion, innovation and improvement.

Now Dr. Sarah Green, who was recently appointed as BSW Academy Director, talks about the Academy – and how it will provide inclusive, rewarding career progression and opportunities for everyone working in health and care now and in the future.

Sarah says the new Academy will deliver benefits to everyone working in health and care across BSW, including:

• Increased career development opportunities through an inclusive BSW talent management programme
• Support for continuous learning through the sharing of development opportunities through a dedicated training and education online portal
• Access to continuous improvement training for all in the support of continuous improvement culture
