Over 3600 staff across BSW benefit from Oliver McGowan training

BSW Academy’s Oliver McGowan Training programme provides essential training that all health and social care professionals need to enhance their knowledge and understanding of autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities. The training is named after Oliver McGowan, whose tragic death highlighted the need for change within health and social care settings.

The BSW Academy has trained 3,675 staff since going live in June 2023 and there are over 228 training dates available from now until December 2024.
