Find out more about Trowbridge’s new integrated care centre
People living in Trowbridge are being invited to find out more about their town’s new integrated care centre.
Representatives from the local NHS will be on hand at drop-in sessions taking place in and around Trowbridge to provide residents with information about the state-of-the-art facility.
Members of the public will be able to see images of the new centre, learn more about what services will be moving to the site and how the new building will benefit Trowbridge and the surrounding areas.
Caroline Holmes, Interim Director of Place – Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board, said: “It’s really important for local people to be a part of the conversation about what’s happening in Trowbridge.
“This new integrated care centre represents significant investment in improving the bricks and mortar facilities that people want to see at the very heart of their communities.”
The full list of upcoming drop-in sessions are:
- Tuesday 27 May, 9.30am – 1.30pm, Trowbridge Library, 484 Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8BS
- Friday 13 June, 11am – 3pm, Asda, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8AT

The new £16 million integrated care centre, which will replace the nearby and now outdated Trowbridge Community Hospital, is expected to open to patients in early 2026.
All patient-facing services currently based in the hospital, including the minor injury unit and X-ray department, will be relocated at the new centre, meaning there will be minimal disruption to how patients access care and treatment.
