How much do you know about the BSW Together Integrated Care System?

The BSW Together Integrated Care System (BSW ICS) was formed in July 2022. We are made up of NHS, local authority and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector organisations working to improve the health and wellbeing of local people, tackle inequalities and achieve better outcomes and access for everyone.

But how much do you know about what we are, how we work and why we are working together?

Hopefully you’ve heard about our work over the past year through our newsletters, social media and media activity, but we’d like to try and understand how much people who live and work in BSW understand about our ICS.
