Share your views on accessing health services digitally

Independent health and social care users champion Healthwatch is asking local people to take part in a survey to share their views about their use of digital technology to access services.

As health services increasingly use online apps and websites to book appointments, manage prescriptions and find information, Healthwatch is looking to find out more about the experiences of local people.

The survey aims to discover more about how people are using digital technology to access services and if using such technology is easy or presents challenges.

Local Healthwatch organisations will also be out and about in our local communities meeting people face-to-face to ask these questions.
