Susie Kemp, Chief Executive, Swindon Borough Council – hopes and ambitions for BSW ICS

Susie Kemp is the Chief Executive for Swindon Borough Council and sits on the BSW ICB Board. Susie joined the Council in February 2017 as Corporate Director of Resources. Holding previous senior posts at Surrey County, Barnet Council and Hillingdon, Susie has been involved in Local Government for the past 22 years, including 10 as an elected member.  She has also run her own successful Recruitment and Public Relations business.
