BSW Wellbeing Matters team hitting the road this January
The BSW Wellbeing Matters team provide caring and compassionate support to health and social care staff in BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire. The team is made up of nurses, psychologists and other professionals focusing on staff wellbeing.
The service offers 121 specialist assessments, team support and a programme of webinars, all focussed on supporting the wellbeing at work of colleagues across BSW.
The team are keen to get out and about and know it’s not easy for colleagues to go to them with wellbeing issues they’d like to talk about
With this in mind, the BSW Wellbeing Matters team are going on a roadshow in the new year to meet colleagues at their places of work and have a good chat over a free cup of delicious coffee.
Between the 9th and 20th January, the team will be visiting 20 health and social care bases across BSW to meet as many people as possible.
If you would like the team to come to your place of work, please let them know. The deadline for submissions is Friday 30th December and it’s first come first served, so be sure to email at: awp.wellbeingmatterstraining@nhs.net
