Colleagues across BSW are being asked to nominate teams and individuals for an Integrated Personalised Care (IPC) award before the deadline of 23 October.
The South West IPC Awards programme is an exciting initiative created to celebrate outstanding personalised care which is “tried, tested, and empowered by patients, staff, and families” across the South West.
We all know that effective person-centred care makes a difference. By sharing examples of inspirational stories and work programmes the awards showcase how personalised care enables good governance and best practice.
For its second year, the SWIPC awards will recognise inspirational success stories. Categories for prizes include working together differently, shared decision making and collaborative working. The awards will also recognise inspirational success stories with two new categories for outstanding contributions around personalised care and a green award.
Entries are to be sent to the South West Integrated Personalised Care Collaborative at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The award ceremony will take place on 12 December 2023 at Dartington Hall, Devon. The closing date for submissions is 23 October.
