BSW QI Training Opportunities
The Academy now offers QI Foundation training open to anyone working in BSW. This is a half day course suitable for people with little or no knowledge of QI tools and techniques.
Sessions are held monthly and led by the Improvement Pillar Lead, Sarah White.
